Description:
Get away from the beach for a day and discover what lies beyond the mountains of Alicante.
This tour offers you the possibility to be more active, walking in the valley of Sella, a very special and unique place.
Sella is a little village surrounded by mountains, stunning rock peaks and terraced valleys. We will start our walk here, contemplating the wild life around us, enjoying the scenery and the spectacular views over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. Puig Campana, Sierra de Aitana, El Peñón de Ifach and many other amazing land marks you would be able to see from this perspective. We will also visit an old well-refurbished water mill and its peculiar owner.
Afterwards, we will visit a family that owns a little guest house and have our lunch there (optional, see note down below).
After a little relaxing time outdoors we will go down to the village of Sella, where you could buy some local products, visit a natural spring fountain, walk up to a little church and admire the views from there or simply seat on a Cafe and watch the world go by.
After visiting the village we will come back to the starting point (travelling times depending on the town you depart. Sella to/from Benidorm about 1h).

What is included:
Bus transport in&out.
Local tour leader (*), leading in English and Spanish (* see TL note at the end).
Guided trek/walk (about 3h).
Entrance and guided tour at the Water Mill.
What is not included:
Lunch. You can either choose to have your lunch at the guest house or have your own packed lunch out-doors. We can also arrange a packed lunch for you.

Physical grade:
Suitable for all ages. You need to be able to walk for at least 3h (the first hour is all up hill).
What to bring & wear:
Comfortable clothes and shoes to walk in the countryside.
Recommendable to bring water and sun-cream.
A towel and swimming costume (only in Summer).
