This is one of the most beautiful tours in Alicante province. We will visit Guadalest Valley, placed in between Aitana, La Serrella and La Xortà mountains and its Arabic castle, with spectacular views of the valley and the blue waters of Guadalest reservoir.
The uniqueness of this itinerary is the fact that we will go off the beaten track visiting other small villages in this gorgeous valley. We will also have the time and possibility of visiting local shops and interesting sites like an olive oil mill, a small bodega, art&crafts shops, taking a walk down to the reservoir, so you can live an authentic and more adventurous experience than travelling with a big group of people.
In Guadalest village we will do a guided walk around the old castle and village to see all the main views and explain a little bit the history and local stories. Then you could have some free time to spend it in the shops, coffee places or going into one of the many museums in Guadalest.
Afterwards we will travel to one or two of the other villages in the valley where you could choose to do any of the activities suggested by your local tour guide.
Lunch is optional and could be arranged for you in one of the recommended local restaurants where you could try some of their fantastic specialities.
Finally we will go back to the starting point in the afternoon.
A very recommendable tour to get to know this part of Alicante province.
